Delivery and the Discussion of Results

The final report with the results contains average values and a frequency count as wells as the open-ended questions. Delivery of the final reports takes place exclusively as a pdf per email, sent directly to the instructor (for the winter semester 2024/25 this will take place by January 26th, 2025). 

The results of the course evaluation will then be discussed between the instructor and the students during one of the last weeks of the lecture period (for the winter semester 2024/25  from Janaury 27th until February 7th, 2024). The study commission informs itself about this process and assesses it. It subsequently reports this and the conclusions made in the yearly report of the study commission and in the teaching report of the faculty.

In the end, all CSV data is anonymized in the ZQA and stored for a maximum of five years. These records contain only the raw data of the questionnaires for each course.
