Advanced Data Analytics
Summary
Using the new possibilities and "intelligence" of information technologies to make the knowledge contained in large amounts of data usable - this is what the specialization "Advanced Data Analytics" is about. It deals with the analysis, design, and evaluation of intelligent systems and, in particular, the use of modern methods of Data Science. Students learn to identify and process the data/information needed to solve business problems. The knowledge required to analyze such problems and formulate them as data analytics questions, as well as the practical application of this knowledge in the context of projects, are also taught to them in courses in this concentration. The focus is to be understood as training for the sought-after job profile of the "Data Scientist".
This specialization is available only in the diploma programs Business Informaticon Systems and Industrial Engineering.
