Summary
How are state, economy and society interconnected? When are these connections beneficial, and when do they lead to problems? And how can they be solved? These questions are addressed by the specialization "Economic Policy & Political Economy". The focus is on the justification and framework of government action and its consequences for society and the economy. In doing so, the focus deals with a broad spectrum of political topics: In addition to insights into labor market policy, education policy, social policy and tax policy, students gain in-depth knowledge of issues relating to migration policy, family policy and climate and resource policy.
