Click through SAP yourself with the help of a comic-based case study and discover the different perspectives that the degree programs of our faculty take when dealing with application systems. Whether it's designing the system from the perspective of Business Information Systems, using the system from the perspective of Industrial Engineering and Management or designing learning material for training in application systems from the perspective of Business Education and Management Training - we offer something for everyone. Get to know the content of our degree programs using a concrete example and get rid of your questions about the degree programs along the way. We look forward to meeting you!

Traveling Salesman, Strip-Packing and Machine Scheduling refer to optimization problems that play an important role in our everyday lives, e.g. in the delivery of parcels or in the time-saving planning of household tasks. At the interface between Business Administration, Mathematics and Computer Science, our workshop shows what these problems are all about and offers the opportunity to experiment with solutions yourself using demonstrators. There will also be an introduction to optimization methods and algorithms for solving complex planning tasks in practice as well as an insight into studying and working in the fields of Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Information Systems and Business Administration.

Food, cars, housing - many goods are produced by private individuals or companies and traded on markets. In many other cases, however, such as climate protection, security or education, markets do not work particularly well. This workshop explores the reasons for this and how to deal with them in a playful way.
