Workshop for interested TUD researches on the topic Dos and Don'ts in the application process for successful participation in the new EU research and innovation framework program Horizon 2020

As part of our series of events called "Confident through EU's Thicket: Programs, Research Promotion, Finance" started in 2015, the European Project Center will conduct several workshops on different EU fundraising topics. The half-day workshop will deal with all aspects of successful applying in a Horizon 2020 call. The workshop is addressed at researchers of all disciplines who want to develop new funding opportunities at EU level and who have basic knowledge in Horizon 2020.

The workshop will be held on

The spoken language of the workshop will be German.

In the first part of the workshop, a Project Manager of the European Project Center (EPC) will present the various components of a Horizon 2020 application; especially the formation of a consortium, the role of the coordinator and important passages of the application text will be highlighted. The second part will give attention to concrete Do’s and Don’ts during the application process. The speaker will give you tips and tricks for successful applying and will share with you past experiences from Horizon 2020 calls.

Places are limited to 20 people and will be allocated on a first register – first serve basis.
