Elisabeth Oertel

Elisabeth Oertel is a research associate at the BMBF-funded research group REXKLIMA (Far-right politics versus climate action?) at the Institute of Political Science, TU Dresden. In her previous academic activities, she focused especially on the topics of conspiracy "theory", protest against the COVID-19 measures and right-wing extremism. Additionally, she has been an active as a volunteer in human rights work for several years. In her PhD project in the REXKLIMA research group, she will study right-wing interventions in civil society in the context of the environment.
