What is ERASMUS+?
ERASMUS+ is the European Union's programme for education, youth and sport. It enables students to gain study experience in other countries through a short-term stay or a long-term stay of one or more semesters. The funding programme provides students with financial and organisational support!
The most important information at a glance:
- With ERASMUS+, students can study in other countries for 2 semesters in the Bachelor's programme and 2 semesters in the Master's programme, while teacher training students can spend 4 semesters in other countries during their studies
- Funding of €540-600 per month (depending on the destination country)
- No tuition fees at the partner university
- At least one year of study experience is required, so students can already spend the third semester at one of our partner universities
- Examinations taken will be recognised
- Possibility of additional funding of €250 per month through social top-ups for first-time graduates, students with a certified chronic illness or GdB of 20 or more, working students and students with children
- In principle, all SLK places are open to all students, i.e. you can also apply for the cooperation of a subject if you are not studying it!
