Mentoring
The international master’s program in Computational Modeling and Simulation provides first-class mentoring to students of all levels, in particular:
- Each student is assigned a university professor as personal mentor, who is available for individual advice and to discuss curricular choices. This is complemented by a student initiative called “Single Point of Contact”, where one senior student serves as a helper to each mentor. This makes mentoring more accessible to everyone and avoids duplicated questions. The Single Point of Contact acts as a bridge between a mentor and the respective mentees. For more information, as well as the current assignment of Single Points of Contact to mentors, please see this document.
