University history: Alumni talk about their student days
Whether beet harvesting in Mecklenburg, a reminiscence of the "Aquarium" hall of residence or imaginative Ulks for graduation - many alumni have written down stories of their student days. They allow the reader to share in the sensitivities of the student generations of the first TH/TUD decades. Thoughtful, rapturous and amusing experiences are described, and they all share an extremely positive basic tenor - the joy of life, the desire to learn and the respect for and solidarity with the professors. A valuable contemporary document.
