UNI LIVE on January 9, 2025: TU Dresden invites you to the University Information Day

On January 9, 2025, school pupils and prospective students will once again have the opportunity to attend courses at TU Dresden and find out about their desired degree programs. Starting at 8 a.m., the UNI LIVE university information day invites youto discover TUD.

On site, lecturers will give real insights into their degree programs in regular courses ranging from exercises to lectures. There will also be special events such as workshops, laboratory tours, information lectures on individual degree programs or questions about studying. Students, lecturers and staff will also be available to answer questions at the central information market from 9 am. The digital program offers information events, chats and participation in courses for all interested parties who cannot be there live.

The Central Units will provide information about support services on the path from choosing a course to applying. In addition, prospective students can get to know the TUD campus on guided tours.

There is a small special program for accompanying parents with their own campus tour and a lecture on ways to support their child in choosing a course of study and on financing their studies.

The day officially begins at 8 a.m. with the Central Student Advisory Service's overview lecture "What? When? Where? How? - Studying at TU Dresden".

From 9 a.m., the program offers on the degree programs and overarching topics follow. A few courses already start at 7:30 am.

All information about the University Information Day can be found on the website at tud.de/unilive. The detailed program can now be found in the mobile app. There, visitors can view the entire program clearly sorted by time or degree program, filter by event type and location or make a note of program items. Possible program changes are communicated live via the app, no download is necessary.
