Brief description
An online-balancing program for the waste incineration plant (MHKW) Kassel was developed in the framework of the project and was connected to the control technology system that existed in the plant.
With the online-balancing system, i. a. the following data or information can be determined and presented online:
- actual waste throughput,
- Heating value of the waste,
- Boiler efficiency,
- Overall plant efficiency, electric, thermic and
- Other specific indices, such as consumption of operating resources
