Application process

• Applicants must be enrolled at one of the Research Experience Program's partner universities to be eligible to apply for the program.
• The international office of the partner university informs the students about the program and the application deadline usually in January of each year.
• Students apply directly to the international office of the partner university with the following documents:
  • Transcript of records
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Motivation letter naming the department and academic supervisor where he/she wants to carry out his/her research
• Sucessful candidates will be contacted by the academic supervisor they aplied to in February/March in order to draw up a working plan and to arrange a period between May and August for the research stay.
• After this they will be officially accepted into the program and the international office of TU Dresden will assist with all organisational and adminstrative steps to prepare the stay. The participants will be offered a room in the international guesthouse.
