Courses
The Chair for Work and Organizational Psychology mainly teaches in these areas:
- Bachelor of Psychology
- Masters in Psychology: Human Performance in Socio-Technical Systems (HPSTS)
- Psychology as a subsidiary subject

For minor students:
- There are minor subjects offered for various disciplines with different scopes on the basis of mutual agreements.
- Sociology: Lecture on applied organizational psychology, lecture on personnel psychology and seminar on modern management concepts. These are combined in a module. The module examination consists of a seminar and a 30-minute oral examination.
- Further education research and organizational development: Lecture on applied organizational psychology - completion with exam and possibility of a performance record in the seminar Modern Management Concepts.
- Informatics: Lecture on applied organizational psychology, lecture on personnel psychology – completion in each case with a written exam.
- Other disciplines/Studium generale: Attendance of selected lectures that have been approved for this purpose, usually completed with a written exam.
- Module HPSTS: All information and materials for the entire module can be found at OPAL. As soon as the enrolled students have been invited to the course by the lecturers, they have access to it. The students receive an e-mail invitation to the OPAL course at their TU Dresden address.
