Purpose and data collection authority

The data are stored for the processing of the registration and the associated invoicing of the annual GeNeMe conference. Responsible for the collection of the data is:

Data processing

The personal data provided will be used exclusively for the preparation, execution and follow-up of the event and will be recorded in a table for invoicing and internal documentation.

Voluntariness and revocation

The registration and participation in the event as well as the related indication of personal data are voluntary. You can refuse your consent or revoke it at any time with effect for the future.

If you do not consent to the processing of your data, you will not be able to submit an invoice and will therefore not be able to participate in the conference.

If you wish, you can request the deletion of your data as well as your consent without giving any reasons by sending an e-mail to geneme@mailbox.tu-dresden.de . If the revocation takes place after the end of the event, your data will be deleted unless there are legal reasons to the contrary.

Data transmission

Insofar as this is not otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.

Storage time

Unless revoked, all personal data will continue to be stored after the event for internal evaluation and statistical purposes.

Publication

Within the framework of the publication, the contribution submitted by the authors with the author details will be published as an OpenAccess publication.

Right to information

I am aware that I may at any time request information on the personal data processed concerning me and the possible recipients of such data to whom it has been communicated, and that I have the right to reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.

Data protection officer and supervisory authority for data protection

I am aware that I can contact the  Datenschutzbeauftragten der TU Dresden data protection officer of the TU Dresden and the responsible  Aufsichtsbehörde supervisory authority for data protection at any time.
