Companies rely on effective project management in all functions of their organization. This online workshop aims at giving you a fundamental understanding of project management as a critical skill in your professional life. You will get an overview of most important, state-of-the-art methods, and besides supplying you with PM knowledge you will also practise with hands-on exercises and receive best practises to ensure a high learning curve.
Technical requirements: stable internet connection (chrome-based browser recommended), microphone, camera
