In this workshop you will learn about the German work culture, what can you expect? How to prepare for the transition from student life to work life, and learn to integrate in a sustainable way. Gain an international perspective and most importantly learn to create a rich balance between self-identity and adaptation.
The workshop facilitator moved to Dresden 10 years ago with zero contacts. She transitioned her way through freelancing, employment and currently as a business owner. She has organized nearly 500 events in Dresden and created a community of 3000 plus internationals and locals. She understands the struggle of starting your life abroad firsthand and wants to share her international perspective and personal experience with you in this workshop.
Technical requirements: Microphone, camera, stable internet connection (the use of a chrome-based browser is recommended)
Registration for the online workshop takes place via OPAL. The access link to the video conferencing tool (here: BigBlueButton) will be sent to all participants registered with OPAL before the start of the event.
