Whether you are dealing with conflicts in the workplace, in teams, or in personal relationships, this lecture will provide valuable insights and tools to navigate and resolve conflicts constructively.
Technical requirements: Microphone, camera, stable internet connection (the use of a chrome-based browser is recommended)
