Wissenschaftliche Perspektiven auf schulische InklusionAnalyse potenzieller Lernbarrieren als Grundlage eines adaptiven, beruflichen Unterrichts
Da Lernende an Berufsschulen aus einer Vielzahl von Schulformen stammen und es keine Reglementierung hinsichtlich der Zugangsvoraussetzungen im dualen System gibt, setzen sich die Berufsschulklassen sehr heterogen zusammen.
Die Situation einer hohen Heterogenität der Schülerschaft stellt Lehrende vor Herausforderungen. Diese liegen im diagnostischen Bereich, bei der Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung inklusiven Unterrichts, welcher eine stärkere Differenzierung und Individualisierung erfordert, in Verbindung mit einem begrenzten Zeitkontingent. Zur Bewältigung benötigen Lehrende u. a. Kenntnisse über notwendige (und vorhandene) Ressourcen der Lernenden und sollten mögliche Lernbarrieren identifizieren können.
An diese Problematik knüpft der vorliegende Workshop an. Wir werden gemeinsam anhand von exemplarischen Lernaufgaben mit Hilfe der Concept Framewoks die schwierigkeitsbestimmenden Merkmale innerhalb einer Lernaufgabe mit Blick auf die Gestaltung eines adaptiven beruflichen Unterrichts analysieren.
