Group tours can be booked Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm for groups of 12 people or more.

- Accompanying persons of children's groups on children's tours are free!
- Discounts apply to children and young people under the age of 18, severely disabled persons, recipients of ALG II and pensioners.
- Tours are free of charge: Guided tours for education and training for students and vocational school pupils, teachers, botany specialist groups
- Free public tours also take place regularly.
