There is a lot for children to discover in the Botanical Garden. Even the youngest children can learn about prickly cacti and fragrant herbs on playful tours. The geographically structured grounds allow you to travel around the world - and back to times long past. Our guided tours for children are primarily aimed at groups aged 3 to 12 years.
For schoolchildren in grades 5 to 12, the Botanic School offers teaching units tailored to the curriculum. Group tours can also be booked.
Every two weeks, the Botanik AG - "Children lead children" explores the Botanical Garden. New participants are welcome.
From September 2024, the educational offers will be supplemented by the traveling exhibition Bakteriopolis.
