Key tasks of the Equal Opportunities Officer

• Member of the Faculty Coucil with the right to speak and to submit an application
• Advising the faculty management on the development and implementation of activities to ensure equal opportunities in research and teaching
• Advising the faculty management on the development of family-friendly working and study conditions
• Influencing job advertisements and participating in appointment procedures with the right to speak and submit applications
• Statement on funding applications for women and female junior researchers
• Individual counselling sessions
