At the Bachelor's level, you will study educational psychology, basics of business didactics and in-company training and further education. At the Master's level, you will take a more in-depth look at specific issues relating to the design, fostering and research of learning and development processes in educational as well as working contexts. You will also focus on the effective design of media for learning. The profile takes an interdisciplinary approach: It combines findings from economics, psychology and education.
