As a service for researchers, the European Project Center provides an overview of the Topics and the corresponding deadlines within the latest Horizon 2020 Call for Proposals. At the end of October 2017, the European Commission announced how it would spend €30 billion of the EU research and innovation funding programme Horizon 2020 during 2018-2020. Over this period of time, the Commission will seek greater impact of its research funding by focusing on fewer, but critical topics such as migration, security, climate and clean energy, thus directly supporting its political priorities.
