- Satisfaction with the current professional situation
The survey asked about general satisfaction in the current professional environment and specific satisfaction with selected aspects
- Question 1: How satisfied are you with your current professional situation? (N=19)
- Question 2: How satisfied are you with the following aspects of your current job? (N=19)
Results: The degree course appears to be good preparation for later professional life, as graduates are predominantly satisfied with their current employment.
- Information on the employment relationship
In this category, respondents were asked about the fixed-term nature of their employment and their area of work.
- Question 4: Are you in a fixed-term or permanent employment relationship? (N=19)
Result: Permanent employment is predominant. Fixed-term employment also includes employment relationships that are limited in time due to the probationary period or the structure of the institution (e.g. universities).
- Question 5: In which sector are you currently employed? (N=19)
Result: Graduates can be employed in a wide range of fields due to their broadly diversified studies, e.g:
- (Private) business sector: training development consultant, marketing manager, HR manager
- Public sector: Project Officer, Advisor Resource Management, Research Associate
- Non-profit organizations: international cooperation consultant, education coordinator
- Assessment of the degree program with regard to the application of selected modules
Graduates rated the various modules of the Master's degree program on a scale of 0-100 in terms of the extent to which they can use the content for their current professional activities.
- Question 6: To what extent do you consider selected contents of your degree program and its entirety to be important prerequisites for your current professional activity? (N=19)
Result: Regardless of the current field of activity, individual modules are good prerequisites for the entire professional life.
