Imparting
Imparting - what does that mean?
When we pass on our knowledge from our experience and qualification in teaching - then we meet in the middle.
From what people know and what we bring with us, concrete ideas develop on how we can shape science and society together.

This happens in seminars we hold in Educational Sciences, where we work on the question of how a school for all should be designed. Or in workshops on issues of exclusion and participation.
We don't just teach at the university, but have various partners with whom we work.
Imparting also means informing people about the rights and possibilities that exist to create participation and prevent exclusion. We influence these processes.
We question images of humanity and perspectives, so that people can approach each other and connections can be made.
