"Fouling and Cleaning in Food Processing 2025" - Fraunhofer IVV and TU Dresden organize the international conference on hygienic and sustainable food production

The "Fouling and Cleaning in Food Processing (FCFP)" conference series is a platform for experts from science and industry to come together and discuss the challenges of hygienic production.

The international event will take place from March 25 to 27, 2025 at the Penck Hotel in Dresden under the motto "Food Safety and Net Zero Emissions". The focus will be on exploring ways to ensure hygienic and resilient cleaning processes while reducing the formation of unwanted deposits on product contact surfaces.

Participants can expect an exciting interdisciplinary lecture program, stimulating discussions, poster sessions and award ceremonies. A special highlight will be the company tours, where participants can take a look behind the scenes of regional companies, such as Sachsenmilch Leppersdorf GmbH, one of the most modern milk processing companies in Europe.
