Tharandt forest – discovering the Forest Botanical Garden of TUD
On Saturday, May 26th, we will take you to the Forest Botanical Garden of TU Dresden, also known as the Saxon State Arboretum, on a guided tour. This place of training and research for the students of forest science of TU Dresden exists for already more than 200 years. It is home of many local and exotic plants, but also many beautiful old trees. We will gather our strength around the lunch table and continue our discovery on a will hike through the diverse and relaxing environment.
Fee: 8 Euros (pay at the Cultural Office before the event)

- guided tour of Forest Botanical Garden
- lunch at local restaurant
- hike around the Tharandt forest
