The possibility of a meaningful combination of job and education is what makes distance learning particularly attractive. The demands are high, but they are manageable with the appropriate motivation. The offer includes three courses with a wide variety of fields of study at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering. Depending on the entry requirement, the distance learning course can be pursued as undergraduate degree or postgraduate studies.
Academic Degrees
At TU Dresden, you can earn four different academic degrees: Bachelor, Master, Diplom and State Examination. Detailed information about the different degrees can be found on the following overview page. A graph also allows you to compare the different degrees.
Doctoral studies
In addition to a first university degree you can apply for doctoral studies at TU Dresden, leading to a doctoral degree or PhD. Here you can inform yourself about all prerequisites and steps for a successful enrolment.
