For what purposes will personal data be processed?
The data is processed exclusively for the purpose of participation in and implementation of the Architecture Talks project week. The purpose of the project week is to provide students with design opportunities in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture and forestry sciences and to engage in intensive exchange with stakeholders at TU Dresden. The project week includes:
- Participation in four workshop days in the citizens' laboratory of the city of Dresden
- Participation in the final presentation at TU Dresden

What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.
What personal data is processed?
The following personal data is processed:
Surname, first name and e-mail address of the participating child, a parent or guardian and a contact person at the school, name of the school, class
How long will personal data be stored?
The data will be deleted after the project week has been completed. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until it is withdrawn.
If personal data is transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.
The name, first name and school of the student in question will be stated on the completed draft plans. The design plans will be presented at TU Dresden at the end of the project week, presented at the Dresden Science Night in the COSMO Science Forum and made available to the participating schools in the form of a traveling exhibition. The public will be informed about the implementation of the above-mentioned project week in an appropriate form (e.g. on the Internet). We guarantee that no conclusions can be drawn about natural persons from the publications.
What rights do data subjects have?

The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the consequence that the personal data of the person concerned will no longer be processed. - Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)
Data subjects have the right to request information about the personal data processed about them and the possible recipients of this data at any time. They are entitled to a response within one month of receipt of the request for information. - Right to rectification, erasure and restriction (Art. 16 - 18 GDPR)
Data subjects can request the TU Dresden to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their personal data at any time. - Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Data subjects may request that the data controller transmit their personal data to them in a machine-readable format. Alternatively, they may request the direct transfer of the personal data provided by you to another responsible person, insofar as this is possible. - Data Protection Officer and supervisory authority for data protection
