What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.
What personal data is processed?
The following personal data is processed First name, last name, address,
date of birth, mobile phone number, e-mail address, class level, desired course of study,
First name and surname of the legal guardian, mobile phone number of the legal guardian
How long is personal data stored?
Personal data will be deleted after completion and processing of the fall camp
deleted or destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations, unless other agreements have been made. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until it is withdrawn.
Is personal data transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
In addition to the transfer of data to the TU Dresden Budget Unit and, if applicable, to the
youth hostel, it may happen that project partners require your name for
to issue a visitor's pass. You will be informed of this at the beginning of your week. No further data will be transferred to third parties, including within TU Dresden.
What rights do data subjects have?

The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the consequence that the personal data of the person concerned will no longer be processed. - Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)
Data subjects have the right to request information about the personal data processed about them and the possible recipients of this data at any time. They are entitled to a response within one month of receipt of the request for information. - Right to rectification, erasure and restriction (Art. 16 - 18 GDPR)
Data subjects can request the TU Dresden to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their personal data at any time. - Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Data subjects may request that the data controller transmit their personal data to them in a machine-readable format.
