RDM NHR Workshop (Focus Topic: Storage)
Friday, September 22, 2023, 9:30 am - 3:00 pm (Online)
The NHR RDM Workshop will cover different storage technologies such as spinning disks, solid state drives (SSDs), flash storage, and tape libraries. Each technology has its own strengths and weaknesses, and understanding these can help organizations choose the best fit for their needs. With large amounts of data generated daily, effective data management is crucial for high-performance computing. The workshop discusses strategies for storing, organizing, and accessing data efficiently.
