Are you interested in an Erasmus+ cooperation with universities in East Africa - Ethiopia, Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania or Uganda?
The NA DAAD and the DAAD Regional Office in Nairobi offer you the opportunity to meet potential project partners from these countries, to get to know the worldwide Erasmus+ opportunities, to establish networks and to develop joint project ideas.
The Erasmus+ Networking Forum on "EU-Higher Education Cooperation between Germany and East Africa" will take place from September 11-13, 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya.
Interested representatives from German universities are cordially invited to apply for participation.
The aim of the event is to strengthen university cooperation between Germany and East African countries in Erasmus+. The focus of the event is on the Erasmus+ program line "Capacity Building Projects in Higher Education".

Approximately 80 university representatives from East Africa are expected from the above-mentioned countries, with a contingent of 20 participants from Germany.
The Erasmus+ Networking Forum consists of two components:

- On September 12 and 13, 2024 Networking Forum in cooperation with the DAAD Nairobi office.
The event will present funding opportunities for university cooperation with the region. The German university representatives can present their project ideas to potential partners on site in order to promote partner search and networking.
