Diversity at TU Dresden
Information on advisory services, projects and events concerning equality, diversity and inclusion can be found on the pages of Unit 9.3 Diversity Management in the University Culture section, on the page of the central Officer for the Protection of Women’s Rights and Equal Opportunities, and the page of TU Dresden's Representative of Employees with Disabilities.
The Dual Career Service advises researchers at the TU Dresden on balancing career and family life.
In the case of incidents of harassment, discrimination or violence, both employees and students can contact the Complaints Office.
Offers for Students
The Studentenwerk of TU Dresden and the Campusbüro Uni mit Kind offer a wide range of advisory services for students with children. While the latter provides advice on the topic of studying with a child, the Studentenwerk offers general social counseling, a psycho-social counseling center, and services for studying with a chronic illness/disability and international students.
The Liason Officers for Students with Disabilities and Chronic Illnesses are also available as contact persons for all questions regarding studying with a health impairment at TU Dresden.
The Student Council offers support through the units Family-Friendly Studies, Inclusion, International Students as well as Equality Policy.
