Theresa Nadler (M.A.)
I work at dotSource as a digital consultant with a focus on agile coaching, where I advise and support clients with regard to agile transformation projects. As we accompany our clients from the idea to the successful establishment of agile organizational structures, my area of responsibility is a colourful bouquet of strategic concept work and operational implementation. This includes, for example, the analysis of organizational and process workflows, the design and implementation of agile training courses and workshops, the introduction of agile practices and tools and the coaching of individual employees.
The WBF/OE degree program is particularly noteworthy for its interdisciplinary orientation. The basic lectures are supplemented by a large number of seminars in which you can focus on your own areas of interest. I have particularly positive memories of the active and practice-oriented discussion groups. The research semester, in which I dealt with agile organizational development, and all organizational development modules prepared me for my professional career. In addition to the professional aspect, I was able to develop my personal rhetoric and presentation skills to a particularly high degree.
Be curious! Enjoy student life! If you are interested in a challenging Master's degree program in the field of adult education, you are in very good hands here. Even if the degree program may sound very specific at first, you will end up with a very broad range of subjects and be qualified for many specialist areas. To make it easier to start your career, I would recommend everyone to get a taste of possible fields during their studies through internships or working student activities. In addition, I can recommend writing research papers (such as the research certificate or Master's thesis) in a group - because real research is rarely done in solitude.
