This time it's all about arriving at your first STEM job and the crucial question: What role do the team and corporate culture play?

Our guest is ATB gGmbH from Chemnitz, which is looking at precisely this topic in its BMFTR-funded research project "Women.Vision.Mission.MINT"(https://www.atb-chemnitz.de/projekte/womenvisionmissionmint). At the Stammtisch, we want to discuss what experiences you have had so far in your studies, internships or part-time jobs. What has helped you, what has been challenging and what do you expect or want from your first STEM job? ATB will briefly introduce the project and provide exciting insights into initial research results:

• What do others have to say about this topic?
• What conditions in the mostly male-dominated STEM companies make it easier for female engineers to start a job - and what makes it more difficult?
  This is particularly about practices in work teams.
