Exam registration is usually within the last 3 lecture weeks. The exact period will be announced here in due time.
On this website there is a FAQ about "re-examination".
Depending on the lecturer and number of students in one course we have 2 types of exams:
Written
Here mainly the subject understanding is tested rather than our memory. Most of the exams are Question-Answer types where there is a certain amount of space allocated to write your answers. They are usually 1-2 hours long.
Oral
Here it is usually a discussion between the examiner and the student where they try to understand how familiar we are with the concepts and what have we learnt throughout the course. They are usually 20 mins long.
