Find the Following templates* for crediting your engagement / voluntary work / activities / attendance of lectures and courses, if they are not offered regularly or appropriately by the specific organization, unit, or institution. Please upload your filled-in forms in the participation portal in the proof section in PDF format. (*Please only use the templates if you did not receive any compatible certificates for the events you have attended, or from the institution, association and organization where you offered your voluntary work. )

2) Template reflection report
You can use the following template to create your reflection report. While drafting your final reflection report, please answer the questions specified in the template within each section, and then upload the completed report in PDF format in the participation portal.
