How can work and organizations be designed in a humane and efficient way? This question is addressed to us as a team of the Chair for Work and Organizational Psychology in interdisciplinary cooperation. In doing so, we always pursue the goal of consistently implementing our scientifically founded findings in practical instruments and interventions.

Bachelor, Master and minor subject students have the opportunity to deepen current topics of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology in numerous lectures and seminars. Since the winter semester of 2013/14, students can enroll for the Master's course in psychology: "Human Performance in Socio-Technical Systems" (HPSTS).

Dresdner Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology enjoys in Germany and across borders a unique reputation in the areas of diversity, occupational health and modern leadership. Basic research and applied research are closely related to one another.
