CYCLING TOUR TO PILLNITZ PALACE & BIRKWITZ LAKE

Discover the Elbe river valley by bike from Dresden to the Birkwitz swimming lake. We will stop along the way at Pillnitz Palace, which features an extraordinary marriage of architecture and impressive gardens. The 14^th-century palace has a long aristocratic history – initially serving as a manorial estate and later a pleasure palace for Saxon’s nobility. Afterwards, we’ll cycle onward to Birkwitz lake to cool down and play games on the shore. A small snack will give us the strength we need to bike back to Dresden.
