CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR TEACHERS
The ZLSB and the Centre for Continuing Education cooperate with state authorities such as the Saxon Educational Institute (Sächsisches Bildungsinstitut) in order to provide various opportunities for the continuing education of teachers:
- Classes for newcomers of different occupational backgrounds who wish to work as Elementary school teachers (lateral entry)
- Classes for teachers who want to become qualified mentors
- Various classes for teachers who wish to acquire additional skills for the teaching profession, e. g. in school subjects such as computer science
- Various classes at the Centre for Continuing Education (for more information you may consult the institution’s syllabus)
- International Teacher Training
