The PhD Student Jessica Andrade and the master student Michaela Unger participated on this first retreat organized by and for the ScaDS.AI Graduate School Dresden/Leipzig.

Dr. Melissa Sanabria research is focused in NLP and Multimodal Machine Learning for genomics. She was awarded with the Maria Reiche Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Graduate Academy.

The PhD candidate Mario Aguilar-Herrador receives a DAAD fellowship. Mario is currently working with multi-omics and clinical machine learning at the Biomedical Genomics group.
