Our faculty offers degree programmes in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, Information Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy Systems and Nanoelectronic Systems.

We continue to offer Diplom degree programmes. These programmes are integrated five-year (single-tier) programmes leading to a Diplom degree (Dipl.-Ing.). The Diplom programmes thus include Bachelor's as well as Master‘s level. The academic level of the Diplom degree is equivalent to a Master’s degree. In addition to the Diplom programmes, the faculty also offers one Master's programme.
