Call for Abstracts

FCFP 2025 is opten to both practical and theoretical approaches, including case studies, simulations, modeling, monitoring techniques, automation and new inventions.

To submit your abstract, follow the link to Abstract Submission on a separate submission portal. You need to create a profile. The submission portal also offers templates for the full paper contributions.

Requirements for the abstract:

• Language: English
• 250 words (incl. authors, corresponding author and title)
• text only, no image, no outline

Templates for full papers will be made available on the submission portal.

Please note that submitted papers will only be considered for presentation in the program and included in the conference proceedings if the registration fee has been paid!

Schedule:

• Deadline for submission of abstracts: October 25, 2024
• Notification of acceptance of abstracts: October 2024
• Deadline for submission of full manuscripts: January 2025
• Deadline for submission of accepted industry presentations (in conjunction with accepted short papers) and industry posters: February 2025 ​
