Then the EUTOPIA Ideas Club 2025 is just right for you!
In an interactive program with simulations, discussions and group work, you can contribute your perspectives, get to know other opinions and develop new ideas together with students from the EUTOPIA alliance.
Participation will give you exciting insights into current European debates - directly on site at the University of Ljubljana.
What is it about?
This year's edition of the Ideas Club is dedicated to the topics of asylum policy, migration, inclusion and solidarity in the EU. The program includes a discussion on solidarity and social participation and a simulation of EU migration and asylum policy negotiations.
The event is organized in cooperation with the Connected Community "Working with University Students for Inclusion, Solidarity and Citizen Participation in the EU", whose lecturers will moderate and accompany the activities in Ljubljana.
Participants will take part in a preparatory online workshop in September 2025. The main event will take place in Ljubljana on October 9 and 10, 2025.
Who can apply?
Bachelor students of all Departments who are enrolled at TUD.
Places are limited: Three students per university will be selected. Previous knowledge or experience in certain subject areas is not required - what is important is interest, openness and commitment.
Participation & costs
Participation in the event is free of charge. The selected participants will be reimbursed for all travel expenses incurred after the event .

A short motivation letter in English (max. 1 page), describing your interest in and expectations for participating in the event.
