Based on the program of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction according to
Jon Kabat-Zinn, the TU Dresden in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse offers three free courses on mindfulness-based stress reduction for employees and students in the summer semester 2022.

•     for employees:

tuesday | 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

•     for students:

tuesday |6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

wednesday |11:10 - 12:40 a.m.

The courses will take place at the premises of Techniker Krankenkasse on George-Bähr-Str. 8 and will start on 26/04/22 and 27/04/22 respectively.

Registration takes place via the enrollment portal of the DHSZ.
