With over 1200 attendees, the Health Week 2022 took place at TU Dresden at the end of November.

Staff and students were able to enjoy a wide range of lectures and workshops on personal as well as professional and student health. From a musically accompanied lecture on balancing work and recreation, to lectures on healthy leadership and headaches, to a practical workshop in the teaching kitchen at the Faculty of Education. For the first time this year, two lectures were also held in English.

The individual medical and sports checks, as well as the taster courses on mindfulness or spinal training, were particularly popular.

In 2023, the Health Day will be held again in the Auditorium Center (HSZ) on Dies Academicus (May 10) for the first time since 2019. The focus will be on mental health, but individual consultations, physical health issues and exercise topics will also make an appearance again.
