The University Health Management regularly provides the students and employees of the TUD with exciting health impulses. From December to March, the motto is: New month - new focus topic. You can expect monthly, topic-specific online workshops, which are accompanied by social media postings on the Instagram channel "immunstark@TUD". You can find the channel at the following link.

The University Health Management of TU Dresden and Techniker Krankenkasse invite all employees and students of TUD to the nutrition campaign. Participation is free of charge for all.

Two workshops with the same content are offered each month. The focus will be primarily on students and employees. The pre-Christmas period stands thereby under the slogan "Vegan and Christmas". In January the numerous New Year's resolutions are taken up and vividly pointed out, what a healthy nutrition in the everyday life really constitutes.

In December, everything revolves around Christmas. It is the magical time of cookies, gingerbread and sweets. Christmas days also often involve goose or raclette. At the same time, many harbor the desire for a plant-based dish. However, how do we combine a vegan diet with the delicious Christmas season?

Vegan recipes for a culinary feast
In our interactive online seminar, we will present smart ideas for a vegan Christmas season with practical everyday tips and surprisingly delicious and multifaceted recipes. Let us surprise you with how you can cleverly reconcile a vegan diet with the Christmas season.
