TUD and Techniker Krankenkasse invite all employees and students to the free Plant-based Campaign! Here you will learn how diverse, healthy and delicious plant-based foods can be! Starting on May 9, embark on an exciting journey to learn about tasty foods, new recipes, and interesting facts about plant-based nutrition. We look forward to seeing you!

The most important facts of the Plant-based Challenge at a glance:

•     Impact on health, environment & animal welfare
•     Plant-based nutrition in special life situations
•     Tracking down the critical nutrients
•     Nutrient supplementation - is it really necessary?
•     Plant-based substitutes: Are soy, oats and co. a good alternative?

Four courses with the same content are offered on different days of the week. Within the course series there will be two seminars as well as an interactive exchange between the participants. In the period from 16.05.-03.06.2022, an interactive challenge is unlocked on a platform for you.

All offers will take place online. For international employees and students a workshop in English is offered. Registration is already open.
