Registration and contact data
The personal data you provide in the registration form for the event will be processed. Statistical data such as the number of participants can be compiled from the personal data requested in order to plan the event in line with demand and to be able to use this data to prepare for future events of this kind. Your e-mail address is required in order to be able to send you event-related messages.
How long will personal data be stored?
All data, images and recordings requested in the online registration form will be stored on TU Dresden servers. After completion of the events, but after 6 months at the latest, the data from the online form will be deleted. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until it is withdrawn.
Is personal data transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
