Women@DDc Network

The Women@DDc Network was established in 2022 as a joint initiative of Unit 9.3 (Diversity Management) at TU Dresden, the Barkhausen Institute, and the DDc office. The network’s goal is to strengthen connections among female researchers at all career stages and female research managers within the DRESDEN-concept research network and to increase their visibility.

Women@DDc offers a platform for discussing professional trajectories, career paths, and challenges in academia. In addition to workshops and panel discussions on topics such as visibility, career development, and strategic networking, Women@DDc facilitates direct contact with female experts from various academic fields.

The network now has over 500 members. Female researchers* and research managers* interested in the network can access the latest information on events and activities via the LinkedIn platform.
